A friends son is a police officer in San Francisco and knows I collect watches. He sent a message to me, through my friend.
There have been about 20 armed watch robberies in the LAST FEW DAYS. He said in one case the young thugs followed the victim all the way from the airport before stealing his “$160,000” watch. The officer has been assigned to a new undercover task force specifically to go after the thieves. He believes they are members of a Honduras gang that is focusing on stealing watches.
