I've seem more white hour markers and hands than non matching specimens, true. And sometimes, yellowish hour markers and hands.
Not sure there is something wrong here, apart, maybe, the fact that at some time, the hands were changed. Maybe.
As for the " broken " arrow, I have seen some which are not totally neat, but not " broken " like yours. I have no answer about that.
Think quickly... If you have a doubt about the pleasure this watch will provide you, cancel the deal and look for another one. It is a great watch, but it has to bring you a big smile on your face.
