Nicolas Rieussec Rising Hours off to Montblanc

May 10, 2016,16:31 PM

My beloved Nicolas Rieussec Rising Hours goes off to Montblanc to be inspected for the low power reserve issue. It means that I'll be without my watch for a while (weeks? months?)
I'll miss it.......

What happened to your strap?

Looks pretty worn for this short period you have the watch, doesn\'t it? Maybe you need another watch to cope with the time of separation? What would come to your mind? Regards, Kolosstt

Strap

Yes the edge of the strap has worn rather quickly and it may have to do with the fact that it\'s been mostly a daily wear for me. For that reason and it\'s now going to get serviced, I made the move on a Panerai 372. I really appreciate the simple design ...

It will be back from the spa soon :)

Before my NR goes to the spa, I took a pic of the 2 siblings. Look at the size difference. It\'s crazy how big the Pam is even compared to my NR at 43mm. And yes, Robin, Montblanc USA has been very helpful in setting up the warranty repair. Thanks for you...
