Hello!
I was wondering if you could tell me how accurate this watch is. You see, at my company farewell party for my impending retirement, I was given a bag full of Montblanc goodies, none of which I need or want or like! I was told I could exchange them for anything and I noticed your manual winding watch on the website. I have to confess that it will be almost a forced purchase as I was not planning to add a Montblanc watch to my tiny collection. I like the fact that this is a manual winding watch as I noticed most MB watches are automatics. I only wish the watch was smaller or the movement larger so that the movement fills up the case better.

Hard to answer if the steel looks more formal but you may be right - the monochrome look you produce with it is certainly colder, more detached than what you get with the warmer, RG case. I guess you can dress it down, especially if you change the strap f...

Beautiful design by Montblanc. If I did not have a Nomos based on the Perseux 7001 movement already, I would think about this.

I fully agree - it is an honest watch - the type of watch making that went into the Minerva Pythagore (and generally into Minervas prior to the Gnutti era, which got elevated to a different level of finishing, and price). IMHO definitely a watch that fits...

Got another non-Montblanc incoming, and then I will need to decide on the next move. Well, there is a watch present for a family member first, which will not be a Montblanc, and then... But to be honest, I still do not know.

There are several options, depending on what you want to spend. If you want the full performance, a Witschi is possibly your best bet but then it will cost you more than this Montblanc At the lower end you can start with an iPhone / smartphone attachments...
