Other than being from a movie I like, these are famous last words at a watch store 🤣🤣
I emailed montblanc usa site early January for a green dial minerva 13.21. I got an email back from head of USA horlogy saying one was en route from Switzerland to US but was spoken for, that there may be another she can source but to talk with her on my ideas. While that lead to me saying the vintage pulsographe is where I learned about minerva villeret pieces and took notice. Well I was put in contact with the Madison Ave boutique manager... the result was shown in my recent thread - they had one🤣 Well at the same time I mentioned I liked cal 16.29 but the new models weren't quit my fancy as 44mm and a little thicker. Texted back and forth with the manager he said they had one left of something that is an all time knockout with this caliber. So now I have two collection villeret pieces😳 very happy with them as I find them both special and unique. The movement finishes, to me, are unreal. New watch thread to follow.
I just thought an important lesson ... never ask what other pieces are available... 🤣😭
