Wearing the Minerva Pythagore Aviation again and am always surprised how proper proportions can make a 34mm watch work just as well today as it has worked since the start of wrist watches. Lots of presence and doesn’t look puny at all. Love the cathedral ...  

The hands are insane. And I love the seconds subdial.

An 18/16 strap 👍🏻 Making it relatively easy to pair 😊

Some watches might not fit but there are those that wear larger and fit perfectly - Minerva is a good example 😊👍🏻

Works well on that subdued strap too, though I expect it looks good on a whole range of them. Cheers JML

Interesting how the relatively large numerals and hands have magically become part of the dial design within a small case. It lis a pleasing 34mm.

But you are right how the little details all work together 👍🏻

The size, proportions and light weight make it a great wrist companion 😊👍🏻

While I often prefer smaller watches (slender wrist) my largest one measures 51mm and works fine, too - and there’s a need for the size there, having a fully rotatable case 😁

Beautiful hands, sub seconds, the Arabic numerals, nice black dial. All good.
