Here is a picture I borrowed to Christies. 
There are two things which jump to the eyes. The case, which is getting really old. And the dial which is incredibly modern. Let's remind that this watch has been unveiled in 2006... So, 13 years, now.

Yes, the case is getting old but it will be vintage before it is outdated. That's the magic of JLC for the Master series.
I would not say the same for the series earlier (all these Greek named models), but the master series is really nice. The rest of the watch is extremely contemporary as you say. Will it ever be considered old? Hard to know. Best, É.
