Yes Nicholas, I believe some of these were announced in April. The catalogue was dated October 2008 and most of these, I was told would be available through order only. This 'large' AD had only one copy of the catalogue which makes it difficult to reflect on which one to order!
Having not had the good fortune to see the prototypes earlier in the year, the catalogue came as a great surprise. If anyone knows where they can get their hands on this catalogue, please let me know as I am desperate to get one of them. The unusual thing about this slimline catalogue is that it was mostly pictures, very little in the way of description. There was sheet with some of the descriptions that was gathered for a client -- hence the details of the cost etc. The latest (October 2008) International Watch has a nice article on the Gyro 2 (pp. 176-184).
