Playing to type
Very good. The big pluses: Better balanced, thinner bezel. Just more elegant. And still the great auto caliber.
The various oddities and possible minuses: maybe it is a proto, but why are we still bothering with lume? (it is absent on the MUT/MGUT, no?). and if so, why lume at 3 and 9 but none at 12 and 6? odd. I think it would look better with a small dagger at 9 and 3 (or dagger at 9 and guichet only at 3) and no lume dots, as on the MGUT. all the other lume dots have been eliminated by shifting the daggers outwards.
and now not only is it Times Roman on the subdial, but it has spread like a virus to the date guichet! Well, that is like on the Reversos with big dates, so it is harmonization indeed. Blue paint, yes, too bad. And the finish could be better (but maybe not at this price point).
I wonder why they don't switch this over to minute track with dots (as per MGUT). Or does Patek sue at that point? 
But overall a great job. I will be keen to see the standard silver dial RG and LE WG grey dial.
A watch you never saw, the new Dual Time
Or should I call it new Home Time, as for the moment, no one knows exactly what will be the right name of this watch? I think that it's the first time this watch pops in a forum, so this is quite a scoop! Here's the beast! A pic is worth a thousand words ...
A very nice practical interpretation
As usual, JLC gives us an extremely nice and functional dual time watch. Of course the design are from Master Toubillon.... While i do like the assymetry of the previous hometime, i can tell this will be a great seller!

Nicolas, this new model looks better than the 2004 version. However, this new model, seems like can perform 3 timezones.. so this Triple-Time (TT) is a great travelling watch...and of course will be very relevant if you have 2 girlfriends at two other zon...

Very subtle and classic.....
they seem to have harmonised the dial design with the Master Tourbillon. I'd love to see a pic of the black dial version as the black dial Tourbillon is a stunner..!! It also looks a tiny bit thinner than the previous model...is it..?? Another great scoop...

Enough Lume?
It's hard to tell from the pictures, is there enough lume on the dial/hands to get a good reading at night? I find that when travelling i sometimes have to use the watch as a bedside clock, and a good solid glow is needed for that. A

I owned a M8D
and it's very special! But not a special edition, just a regular SS model. I think the Dual Time, in rose gold with black dial, is very tempting.
A lovely re-interpretation.
The subdials and layout look very well graduated in depth, decoration and symmetry. A very attractive watch. The guilloche is a beautiful touch that sets the streamlined lay out in a complementary manner. Very nice.
