Perfect for a Saturday morning

The watch which has sentimental value to me as well as being with me the longest...my Reverso GT. All the qualities I like is embodied in this one. Comfortable, versatile and not obnoxious on the wrist...a little quiet elegance. The scratches and dings represent a great deal of stories and memories and the service center was nice to accommodate my request to leave them alone when it went in for a full service last year. It has been performing flawlessly since then....I don't measure to the second but keeping it running for the last two months and I haven't seen a gain or loss of more than a minute which in my book is really good. HAGWE all!

Agreed, Richard. There is a lot to love on this one.

Long love stories with our watches.. In a world when every thing is fast, changes are habitual, where nothing lasts, that is good to see that some things survive to that. Class, elegance, distinction, these are timeless values, such as this Reverso GT. To...

And the dings just add character to it - it had to earn them the hard way

It is a beautiful watch.

I thought long and hard between that one and the Habring Felix I ended up buying. If local ADs had been nicer I might have never even turned to Habring, but yours is a truly special watch.

The Habring is a cool one too...

That one is one for the true connoisseur.

I wouldn't go that far

If anything it actually strikes a perfect balance between a Reverso GT and a master control which was the look I was really after!

It actually stands on its own...

I have a Habring2 as well, albeit a time only piece, and lining that up with my GT and Master Control black dial, I consistently struggle over which one should be worn first....they all have their own allure ;-)

Very nice watch Richard!

I really like this version of the GT: nice guilloché and no \'reverso\' indication on the dial. This one could tempt me if one day if find my Grande Reserve too big, both models are really similar in dial (they share that also with the 976). Wear it in go...

The marks are what tells the story of the journey

Without it, to me, it becomes "just another watch"
