Jaeger-LeCoultre

Many thanks Melvyn

Hi Melvyn,

I don't think they will rotate, except in the first roof which is for temporary exhibits (changing every 3 months).

They also still plan to have travelling exhibitions like they do already.

No you won't see for the time being many watches from others.

Actually I've found only one calibre 2003 from/for AP exhibited (without case of course) and the Wittnauer split second minute repeater pocket watch. These were the only sights of other brands.

Henry-John Belmont said us that they had never made JLC watches with the 803 as it was far too expensive, needing 7 hours just to assemble. So they had to expose a same calibre branded differently.

I asked Jerome Lambert if they had planned to exhibit other brands and he answered yes, if necessary to show a calibre produced by JLC or LeCoultre. So perhaps we will see more.

Cheers

Dje
