but don’t like the hands and the silver inner part of the dial makes it more difficult to see the hands, don’t know about you but without reading glasses I not able to read time anymore unless it’s a simple and contrasting hands/ dial colour combination. ...

I have less problems to read the time, but still. On this one, I didn't have this problem.
