Julie's Treasures: Part Five: Jaeger Lecoultre 2648
This is the last watch which I will post from this " Julie's Treasures " series. I wanted to end in beauty with that one.
She loved it, but she had to part with it because she had to finance a project on four wheels, and I felt a bit responsible for that. 
The watch is a one piece 43 mm case, but due to the absence of lugs, it wears perfectly on the wrist.
As for the dial, it is a pure feast for the eyes.
The movement is a good old and reliable Valjoux 72.
I think she made a mistake to let it go, as it is not an easy bird to catch.
And it would have been perfect with the new car she will soon receive:
But at least, the watch has landed in a very good home.

But how many cupholders does it have? Ha ha (Hey, don't judge me, I own a Honda Civic). Counselor, please the court and admit your nefarious influence on her just to get the watch! ;-)

As far as “that thing” on 4 wheels is concerned - another uber-cool vehicle.! Also a well-worth trade-in.. And BTW: of course it’s a least in part your fault, I dare to assume ! Wishing you both then a lot of fun with those Alpines ! Wow !! Best, hs ...
