Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso Tribute Small Seconds Blue ( 2018 ). The true hue of blue.
Trying to capture the true color of this Reverso is a real challenge, which could turn into a forum contest, by the way...
I had and still have very hard time trying to take a good picture of this watch, and of its Burgundy sister from this year. It is all the fault of the varnish JLC used on these dials, which are very nice in the real life, but on pictures, that it is a totally different song.
The solution: Avoid the artificial lights and flashes...
Nothing beats the light of the day.
Here is one picture taken with flash:
The dial turns in a purple color...
While in the real, it is real blue.
And the light was quite low, as there was no sun. I will try to take other pictures with a better light, next time.
