Jaeger Lecoultre Master Compressor Extreme Lab One. As cool as innovative.

Exotic materials, innovative solutions, this Extreme Lab One is a sum of novelties and totally oil free.

Ok, I was not convinced by the Tourbillon in a sports watch, and I am still a bit dubitative, but hey, this watch is something you will probably not see in the metal, unless you visit the JLC Heritage Gallery!

Launched in 2007, which was one of the most extraordinary year for the brand, with a new Amvox II version, a Master 8 Days Perpetual skeleton and, last but not least, the Duometre Γ  Chronographe, we were short of breath when visiting the Grande Maison Booth, at the SIHH, this year.

A guess estimate? 30 to 50 pieces were made...

And let's not forget the articulated strap and the original buckle we can find on the Extreme Lab II!

A piece which will count in JLC History.

Best,

Nicolas

A very appealing watch . . . and not too big if I recall?

Memo to JLC: why not bring out a non-tourbillion version of this EL1? Thanks for the pics. M4

A technical lawyer such as myself needs a technical watch. Stay tuned.
