Jaeger Lecoultre Geophysic Universal Time: A close up.

It is not a secret that I am deeply in love with this Geophysic Universal Time, for many reasons: First it is a world time and I am a big fan of this complication.

Then, it was a really new watch, at the moment of its unveiling. New dial, new movement, and enlarged new case. Add the fact that is adds a dead second to the world time complication, too.

To end I find its dial really beautiful.

I will come back to it with more pictures, but for the moment, a close up of this charming modern Jaeger Lecoultre.

Best,

Nicolas

That's what pleases me, when Jaeger Lecoultre doesn't always take the conventional / easy way. This movement is really interesting and nice looking, too.

Underappreciated IMO. It's different. A technical watch for watch geeks. It lost the sweep seconds feature so many of us love, but gained a seconde morte feature -- something only a watch geek would love. Knowing that it has the "heart" of a mechanical wa...

Watch shops, GTGs. And that deadbeat seconds complication is what makes it doubly appealing πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
