Jaeger Lecoultre Duometre à Chronographe in platinum: A focus on the awesome grained platinum dial.
Did you know that the dial of the Duometre à Chronographe in platinum was made of platinum? 12 grams of platinum, to be precise. 
I kept this picture to show you the grained surface of this dial. Which is, in my opinion, one of the best reason to get this version.
Well, I don't regret my choice and my white gold version with its cool black dial, but this dial is really awesome.

Hard to choose with a great collection like the Duo, but I can say this is my favorite single version.
And that strap sure looks at home on the watch. Thanks Nicolas.

maybe I should get out my DSLR cause the camera on my phone simply does not do the dial justice. ...

well, I think that should be the standard with high-end watches, dial material matching the case...
unfortunately, most brands do not disclose the material of the dials...and I just wonder why...
