Jaeger Lecoultre Deep Sea Alarm European, ref E 857. Some moroccan pictures.

The Deep Sea Alarm European is a watch which is never too far from me. I can call it a Keeper, very seriously.

Sometimes I take the US version with me, sometimes the european version, sometimes both of them.

This year, I brought the European vintage, and the US modern.

The dial of this vintage is pure madness. Very much my taste. A lot of character, soul and charm.

The only problem? It is super hard to take a good picture of this one, due to its domed plexy.

But it is worth some efforts.

The other problem, more serious, is that it is very hard to find. While the US version is pretty challenging to get, the european version is quite impossible to find. A one out of ten ratio, to give you an idea.
