Jaeger Lecoultre Amvox II Platinum. The lawyer's tool watch shot.
A good watch, an original and unique chronograph, a good newspapers, a nice fountain pen and a reliable cell phone. 
What more to ask?
I managed to take this picture during one of my trips at the Manufacture, in 2013, when I was in the bullet train. So the shot was quite challenging, in terms of stability and light.
Not too bad.
As for the watch, it has always been, at least since its release, one of my very favorite modern Jaeger Lecoultre.
