I think this is my 2000th post but I could be wrong.
Nov 18, 2011,17:14 PM
Before posting this, my post count showed 1999 so I presume this must be my 2000th...
Two Octobers ago I had the pleasure of posting my 1000th post on the PuristsPro on the Omega Forum. So today, please allow me to have the honor of posting my 2000th post on my other home, here on the JLC Forum.
There is one slight catch though. I don't have anything new and meaningful to contribute at the moment. My mind is also preoccupied with the flooding situation in my region that it is difficult to focus on anything fun. Eventually, I decided to go deeper into the past and come up with a list of a few threads I have started on this and other PuristsPro forums instead. Please think of it as a commemorative issue!
(Photographs might have had a change of URL since the time of the post. My apology for that and please click the "Picture Summary" tool below each post to view the missing pics from the server's cache.)
Please allow me to share with you ... my first Reverso!

Unfortunately, I failed to find the two posts I wrote in 2006 and 2009 when I got my Master Moon and Atmos Phases de Lune respectively. They would have made this 2000th post more relevant to the JLC Forum indeed. Let me throw in some older pics to keep things very JLC...
Thank you for having me here all these years. It's a pleasure to be among fine friends like you all and I hope to be able to contribute more as circumstances and opportunities allow.

This major flood has been more difficult for people in the provinces than us in the capital. The only good news is that things are stabilized and improving in some districts. We hope things will revert to a state of normalcy for most everyone in one month...
Bravo, Ruckdee; congratulations...

It was a great thought to do a kind of review of your milestone posts. Everyone reading this should be sure to re-read every one of them, and be reminded of your story about your relationship with your father, for example, woven into the spark of your int...
