On both affordable watches ( a simple Reverso has one ) and of course on more expensive watches ( Duometres, for example ).
But the Reverso manual movements have been massively produced, and the Duometre watches start at 30 K Euros.
In between there is nothing... Which is a pain, as, like you, I would have loved to see a new segment " Affordable Belle Horlogerie ".
Do you have in your collection some watches from the current production?
At the excepetion of Independants, such as KV and De Béthune, are you considering getting one?
Aesthetically, yes I think that this Geo is close to the spirit of the original with a touch of modernity.
Mechanically speaking, it will depend on one question I am still waiting for an answer: The fine adjustement of the movement.... If yes, it is interesting. If no, this is sad.
A modern Watch will never have what a vintage has: The soul. But you well know the phenomenon as a big collector of vintage watches.
Best,
Nicolas
