Looks like a 1950 or 1951 Memovox.
But the movement serial number is necessary for dating. It was cased in the USA, and the case may have been made by the Star Watch Case Company, or similar, to LeCoultre specs. Wittnauer would have been the importer, direct from the LeCoultre factory in L...
Most probably for the US Market, from the 50's and gold filled. Manual winding alarm movement, Cal 489, probably, too. As for the reference number, open the case back and look....
