these things can and do happen even to the best there isnt one brand which has 0 problems, i know how you feel because i have experienced this first hand with another, it turns you off the brand completely, but once you understand how these pieces work and operate and realise they are hand made you will come back to the brand you might keep this one for a long time or maybe short as the experience can leave a bad taste but dont give up on the brand as it may be an isolated incident goodluck let us know how it goes.
