Absolutely, E. We should more often discuss the Atmos, whose concept is unique.

Watches and Wonders 2022: A quick view on the Jaeger Lecoultre Atmos Hybris Mechanics Cal 590.

 By: amanico : April 10th, 2022-17:28
When you read Hybris Mechanica, you can expect something technically sophisticated. This Atmos Hybris Mechanica Cal 590 is no exception to that. But I prefer its other nickname, the Tellurium. Technically sophisticated , this new movement, the Calibre 590...

The Tellurium is truly extraordinary!

So much to see and appreciate within. Extraordinary indeed! Would love to see this in person.

If I end up winning any type of 'lottery' in life - literal one, marital one, job etc., this is at the top of the 'dream list', along with the Quadriptyque . Amazed, Filip

Having a very complex movement providing a lot of information makes sense since the movement runs forever and never stops! Fascinating engineering matches with exceptional craftsmanship. Well done JLC! Best, E.

Truly kinetic art!

I know the point of the Atmos isn’t accuracy but I’d be curious to know the spec

In mine too. ;)

On the close up picture it looks as if the seasons are in English but the months would appear to be in French. Is that correct? Not that that would put me off having one of course. Regards Kev.

No, all in english.

Thanks Nicolas but I’m still confused.

April is shown in English but either September or November is shown as the French spelling. Regards Kev.

My silly old clock runs pretty much on time between Daylight Savings on/off

Maybe a minute or two over 6 months, sitting on a marble top cabinet in our entryway, Mike ...

Which is perfect!
