The first column represents the year and the third column for the months. So that the U.K means the strap was produced in 2019 November.
I doubt it's anything to do with the UK
My Reverso's strap is P-G, my MUT Moon's strap has R-G. Maybe the strap making department can identify the batch or bloke that made it from that code
