We Americans have a "take our leftovers home with us" concept. I don't think the Europeans are very popular with this concept. I wonder if the Scots use this concept.
American restaurants used to have huge food portions...
The food in American restaurants used to come in huge quantities. Gigantic dinner plate, piled 10 cm high with food. So we can't finish it, and we eat it for lunch the next day. Everything's bigger in USA!
