but the "Luxe" Reverso were the first ones with the mouvement from Lecoultre, the very first Reverso were with Tavannes mouvement in 1931 which were used 3 years. The dials were " Reverso" and the crown looked like what they were at this time. But I don't... 

This one is not vintage ...

They are almost impossible to capture on a picture exactly as we "see". There is no "exactly" and we "see" different depending on the light. Cheers, Nilo

According to zaf basha's book, the " De luxe" was referring to the use of sapphire glass crystal and a better adjustment for the movement .

and from the photo I could find on the net, the inscription " Luxe" seems to be thinner, and with a dial really different here is a pic from another forum. I don't have more information about whom to credit btw Nilomis, the Zaf Basha's book dealing with c...

but this might be a picture of the lady's version, since the proportions are not quite "golden ratio" (note: it's thinner than the Classique). -Dean
