My very first Reverso

Looks great. If this isn’t the 1931 rouge, then which model is this?

This is the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds (Burgundy).
The 1931 Rouge doesn't have seconds, and is a brighter red colour. It also has the word "Reverso" on the dial, rather than the applied "JL" logo of the Small Seconds.

It’s not a great picture, but the newer Tribute with small seconds is known as Burgundy. The other Tribute without small seconds is the Rouge. ...
I believe all three Tribute Small Seconds models are part of the JLC Scarcity Programme.
In summer 2020 my local JLC Boutique had both the blue and the burgundy models in stock, available for immediate purchase. Now I am told there is a waiting list for all three variants. The JLC website continues to list all three colours, but none of them ...
I am told the Burgundy is still in production.
However annual production numbers for all three models are pretty low, and it can be challenging to find them in stock.
I’m such a novice with these. I’m learning though!

but I think it’s fair to say the burgundy does cover a range of red hues, and is overall a deeper and more engaging dial. The Rouge is more a flat red, but has its classic charm for sure.

as I already have a burgundy dial watch, and green might just come to be associated with a year to forget (especially after the ridiculous amount paid for the green 5711).
