one year after SIHH 2019 and...
1) JLC still has not put its new movement (925/2) with 70 hour power reserve in any other moon phase watches besides the master ultra thin moon enamel; why is this? what is it waiting for?
2) on the JLC website, the geophysic line is back and listed? when did this happen? it had been removed because JLC had terminated the line.
3) Quick perusal of many watches from reverso and master lines show no upgrade in any other watch movements besides what was presented at SIHH 2019, and those movements have not made their way into similar watches outside the 2019 enamel pieces.
Come end of April, JLC better make reveal some sweeping changes at SIHH 2020, because, well, otherwise, what has it been doing over the past year? Sigh. Double sigh.

Hmm I don’t know what JLC is doing lately.
They seem to have lost their way completely post-Jerome Lambert’s departure (imho). JLC used to be my favourite Maison but it has been impossible to be excited about them at all in the last 5 years

A great house that is in need of a wake up call.
Fantastic atelier with enormous history with little leadership after Lambert left. A big waste of legacy. It shows in the lack of demand for its watches generally. Pity.
They can’t upgrade the MUT movement....
