... mediocre to be polite. Hard to judge this till we get closeups (and of course pieces to handle) preferably taken by mighty Ming! So why the 'VOX' tag? Where's the alarm? Velociphile

Appreciate, as always, your efforts - sleep now! (nt)

air-pocket for a trigger. Is that so? -Dean

Although some of you may already have known, here is a clue in this photo

 By: Jaw : November 6th, 2005-01:01
How do we activate, stop and reset the chrono? (9 o'clock lever at unlocked position, top photo before activation, middle photo, when chrono is activated or stopped, bottom photo when resetting the chrono seconds hand, the push-click is intuitive, tactile...

Jaw, could this chronograph be considered as a monopusher

 By: Choupaps : November 6th, 2005-02:02
or a double pusher chronograph ? I don't understand in your clue how to begin a chrono and stop it and continue without going back to zero ? Please give us all informations on this amazing watch Jaw ! Choupaps PS : sorry for my poor english

I think you move the glass to the center (flat) position if you don't want to reset but..

 By: Stefano : November 6th, 2005-02:02
want to stop the chrono. At least that's my guess until Jaw gives us more info.

The watch will always return to the flat (top) position...

 By: Jaw : November 6th, 2005-02:02
whether the chrono is running or not. - You push the crystal (case) down, "click!", at 12 o'clock to start the chrono, chrono starts and the case returns to flat position - You push the crystal (case) down, "click!", at 12 o'clock again to stop the chrono...

Really wonderful...

 By: Choupaps : November 6th, 2005-03:03
But could you explain how does it work ? and the pusher at 9 is to lock this system? why there is two losk positions ? For this chronograph, I'm also think that it is very original, but I think that the date is not necessary, and the ring on the dial take...

More details in a few days, but the 3 lever positions are...

 By: Jaw : November 6th, 2005-04:04
- (1) Lever to the left, locked position, cannot start, stop or reset the chrono function, the watch case will still click when pushed at 6 or 12 o'clock, but nothing happens with the chrono hands. - (2) Lever in the centre, unlocked position, can start, ...

That?s neat!

Fascinating, revolutionary, and truly innovative...

 By: tony p : November 6th, 2005-03:03
...so tell us Jaw, is there a flyback mechanism? And is this the same chrono calibre as seen in the Extreme? Jaw? JAW? Um, folks, I think Jaw is sleeping very soundly right now...

(More photos!) Yes and no, similar calibre design but this vertical trigger

 By: Jaw : November 6th, 2005-05:05
chronograph mechanism effectively integrates the case with the movement, in my personal opinion. (The case alone has 130 parts) ...and hopefully obvious to all, when the details are out.. Jaw ps (1) If this is confusing, be patient (2) Note Vertical trigg...

Absolutely amazing...
