As announced, this year won't be the year of the Duometre. We'll have to wait till 2020, most probably, to see something new in this line dear to many of us. Still, there are some offers, this year, which are worth some serious consideration. I will arriv...

trust you're having a good time like kid in the candy store ;-) 1) Gyrotourbillon - the movement is phenomenal, breathtaking - Duometre movement looks like a child play in front of this ! it is what makes JLC a watch makers' watch maker !! As incredible t...

I’ll take the Gyro 5 and the Rouge with small seconds please. But since the bank will veto the Gyro 5, the new Rouge becomes even more interesting: how does it compare to the Rouge we all love? Size? Hue of red? Not having a small second has always be my ...

The Hybris Mechanica is simply stunning. To me, one of the best watches ever, the way the perpetual calendar information has been placed is fantastic, so intuitive and easy to read. And the movement, oh! the movement, que barbaridad! I LOVE it. Bravo, JLC...
Some good stuff here

The Gyro 5 is incredible. Just incredible. Someone please remind me again about the so-called Holy Trinity? I think we might need a well-justified substitution! And the Gyro 5 is all done in a relatively--again, relatively--compact case, given the complic...

as I stated in the other thread containing the Gyro 5, it could well be my new favorite JLC of all time. That is saying ALOT and it would have to surplant the Gyro 1 which would be relegated to the 2nd stop on the totum pole. Very impressive by JLC to say...

It’s been a long time coming and I would love to be completely amazed with the next Duometre with a new case design and ultimate complications like the new HM. Maybe at a slightly less cost but make it expensive because the Dream is always way more exciti...

Of course... I agree we need time to digest these beauts.
By: cory : January 15th, 2019-18:01
But you know how long we have been waiting and are excited to see a Duometre. And given the new case and exceptional design of this new HM, I hope we can expect something similar with the new Duometre when it comes.

That Gyro 5 is impressive . That movement is absolutely breathtaking. And I really like that new perpetual calendar in blue at 39mm wide.
Thanks for the report

I really look forward to seeing more of the Gyro. That is just crazy 😜 I also really look forward to seizing the new blue dials in real life. Do the make it or break it. That is the question. For the red Reverso, it’s nice but l would prefer the former ve...

in any other watch (but I haven't seen them all). The gyrotourbillon cage, alone, with sand-blasting and highly polished chamfers is awe-inspiring. I look forward to the review. -Dean
