I've had a few JLCs but this is as close to a current model as I've ever had. I admit I'm more attracted to vintage and, with the exception of my first Rolex back in the 80s, I always buy my watches used. Actually, I buy almost everything pre-owned -- art...

Thank you!

Fantastic watch and I love the bracelets!

Nicolas is a bad influence (in the best kind of way) on me, too!

Thanks, the bracelet is one of the things that attracted me to this specific watch. It's very comfortable and, as expected, very well made and perfectly polished.

Yes, Nicolas is the best kind of good/bad influence and truly an asset to these forums.

Nicolas is a great guide and friend. When i want a JLC, i wil first ask him for advice. Other than you Emil, i buy my watches new. Other things new, and if it is too expensive i buy pre owned. Cars i buy pre owned, cloths new, shoes new. Never bought some...

Thanks. I think my 'buy used' mindset comes from one of my greatest passions -- buying at auctions (and selling when I have to). The idea is why spend $1,000 on a $1,000 item when you can buy a $5,000 item for that price?

Even if I could afford a $250,000 watch I would probably be searching for a used million dollar watch. I've been retired since 2004, retired at 44. Retiring young has its advantages but also comes with obvious drawbacks -- no more paycheck is an obvious o...

Honest story. Everybody life different. Knowing myself i like to see what’s next. Sure, not every invention is great. For watches i like the new production methods for something that exist for centuries. A movement with all that gears turning to move the ...

I understand your feelings. .

The most i regret was the sharp price.

Thanks, I agree about the bracelet.
