Take your time

I no longer wear the watches that I bought in my twenties as I always chose watches that lacked a timeless quality. I would say take your time. First of all, a good three hand watch is a great way to start off, and the classic design of the Portofino will endure into your 30's and beyond. But there are also so many other choices. I would also consider the GO Senator Sixties, steel, blue dial, with no panorama date. For a more sportier look that works also with business attire, perhaps a Zenith El Primero 36'000 VPH 42mm? For refined elegance at a good price point, perhaps the JLC Master Ultra Thin? For something a little different, and Presidential, perhaps the Vulcain 50s Presidents 2012, or if you need the alarm a Cricket?  Anyway, I would advise to take your time. Once you have decided on a watch, wait a couple of weeks to see if you might have changed your mind or whether you still find it truly desirable. Good luck, and let us know, with pictures, what you decide !
