Since I “jumped the gun” last time!
Price is slightly better at $11,900 USD . . . BUT, I think I will stick with my IW377724. Although the diameter is 41mm, I believe the lug-to-lug length of this Tribute to the 3705 is the identical to my 43mm piece.

I wish they would have stuck with the original dial font
It's not bad, but it's not worth $12K to me. I'd probably opt to buy a 3706 for a fraction of the price and forego the ceramic case or, if I wanted the more modern dial, I'd go for the new Spitfire chronograph for $6K - same movement as the Tribute.
Absolutely - vintage 3706 represent good value and start to show their soul
Movement is so so but overall, it is a coherent tool watch proposal. And day date chronos are relatively rare
