Iwc or The new North Korean democracy

Iwc is a Swiss watch company that belongs to one of the largest luxury groups in the world: the Richemont Group.
And yet Iwc behaves extremely badly with its customers or rather a portfolio.
Iwc only looks at the turnover that a customer brings in and nothing else.
The customer relationship is absent, it does not exist as can be seen and observed in any other luxury house worthy of the name.
Indeed, this house has no consideration for its clients.
If you dare to give the slightest opinion on a watch or a material, you are called a liar because your opinion will differ from the message sent by the brand.
In addition I would like to add the fact that one of my friends was treated worse than the ground or even as someone who would have committed a reprehensible act.
Enough is enough.
I regret to say that I have sold all my watches and will never recommend Iwc to anyone.
You have to be at least professional and unfortunately professionalism has disappeared.

I do not own a iwc myself, but the the boutique in Zurich are extremly nice and was even events although i said i will stick to my collection and not thinking to add an iwc at moment. I like the brand and the people.

One of my best friends was called a liar 🤥 and I find that unacceptable. We have the right to say when something is wrong in this being treated like that.

Again, without details of the situation this doesn't clarify anything. If there's a story to tell, tell it. But remember, there's always two sides to every story.

Nothing, I mean NOTHING that IWC can do to you or your friend compares to what Kim Jong-un does to his citizens. It's an insulting, condescending comparison. Any issue having to do with IWC is a first world problem.
