When likely every maison wants and needs a successful sporty watch, and IWC does have a real Genta design, surprisingly they Ingenieur has been updated to a pale, insignificant watch.

It's been a while since I have been wearing the IWC Ingenieur ref. 1832 from 1979 - designed by Gerald Genta....
.... It is such an Incredible watch: super heavy duty build quality, super accurate with its Pellaton calibre 8541ES and - in the production years 1976 - 1984 - only 543 pieces ever left the factory. Cheers, HSTE ...
