My wrist size is just shy of 17.9cm (oval wrist) and this watch has just the right amount of overhang on my wrist.
Maybe a diameter of 43.5mm would have been even more in the spirit of the Big Pilot but I think it is just right the way it is.

I’ve owned a few BPs over the years, but I don’t currently have one in the collection. I’ve been thinking about a 5009 (I’ve had one before) because I love it, but the new 43mm certainly has me thinking. I have to say, obviously I don’t know you’re wrist ...
