Found a great example of this beauty and jumped on it. I am grinning ear to ear! Just set the time and so excited. Not even setting the time to the standard 10:10 for the beauty picks. LOL... I dare say the only SS model with both a “9” and a framed date ...

Right now this just looks like a dial with imperfections, but if the “problem” spreads evenly throughout you might have a watch that fetches 10x more in 20 years. What’s your feeling about about it?

The wear at the edges is not noticeable in person, but when magnified in photos looks rough. I had the watch serviced several years ago and opted against replacing the dial to retain the patina on the date window. With the original dial and fish crown, I ...
