IWC increases warranty from two years to eight years!!

Good morning, I just received an email from the CEO of IWC saying that IWC time pieces are now warrantied for eight years. I remember last year they increased the warranty period to 5 years when you register your watches at IWC dot com. I wonder if other ... 

This was announced in November 2019 after

True but initially they increased the warranty to 5 years.

The letter this morning states it’s now 8 year warranty. That’s new.

I sent it in for regulation and got it back in 3 weeks. Runs perfectly now. All fixed under warranty. That is valuable imo
