I once had the chance to try on the vintage "original" Portofino, and while I was in love with the watch on pictures I did not have a love-at-first-sight experience with it in the flesh...
I almost regreted it ! And even now when I see it in photos I am still disappointed not to have liked it that much ! Undoubtedly IWC at its best, this re-edition is prety nice and somehow faithful to the original one
