Under any circumstance, I am leaning towards the frosted finish.

The English word "WOW" does not fully capture how amazing that timepiece is. Perhaps some things transcend mere words?

The RG and blue is spectacularly dramatic and beautiful. But platinum and salmon just screams "special" to me - and I think it will be special in the metal. I think the blue makes more poetic sense, it being a reflection of the night sky. The only downsid... 

Although I have to say I really like the RG and Blue dial. That just has so much charm. I cannot imagine doing bespoke clothes. Fortunately, its scrubs for work and Kohls sweatshirts and Lulu pants for me (easy, simple and comfy).

Bespoke clothing is a labor of love. It motivates me to stay in shape, which is nice .

Superb. I personally prefer the Roman numerals here.

But I agree, the roman numerals here are lovely. The entire dial feels charmingly antiquated.

But here, it works beautifully, in my opinion.

Kari's creations are always quite special!

I've been reading his book, and it, too, is very interesting. My wife makes fun of me for reading picture books now .

Tell her you're speed reading! You can read a thousand words in the one minute it takes for you to enjoy a photo!

...but his Roman numerals are incredibly awkward in my opinion. I would prefer to see then 'unflipped' and curved to match the edge of the dial. Chopard (among others) does a really good job with this. Credit: Watch Club ...  

I'll have to think about the flipped v. unflipped. That is something I had not considered.

...the details of dial design are usually glossed over, even by manufacturers. Good thing I'm OCD when it comes to that sort of thing...

But the choice is difficult since, as was mentioned already, you can't go wrong with any Kari. GEO

Had not seen the cosmic (?) dial, wow. I'm also in the KV waiting queue. Was initially leaning towards the romans, but am really liking the clean look of the arabics. Either way, some things are worth waiting for!

They ALL look fantastic and I personally love the blue one (reminds me my ex) but I even prefer the salmon platinum combination, it's a killer combo!

Me too "was" just interested in the simple- time -only watches. I love the simplicity that would never go out of style. I loved the mechanism and care that went into showcasing just the simple hour and minutes. Then, after my lustered purchase of pp 5320,...

I think the Roman numerals make the dial too busy. Then again, I have never been a fan of Roman numerals on a dial.
