The Alfred 40 !

40 mm is a nice move, UJ should consider this for all line ups...

there is a tad increase in price though which I don’t understand why - in a way the case is existing - still a compelling offer imho !

But the key, there were few who went with 42mm LE - a bit painful

42mm in that movement. I agree 40 is better.

If I recollect well

this movement is also shared in other Time only line ups

Still 2mm too large for me

but definitely better than 42mm.

i'm doubtful they'll go below 40mm...

the wrist size stays the same Mahesh! I know the P4 movement is 32mm in diameter but I think if they really wanted to, a 38mm or 39mm case would have been possible. In fact, since they are continuing to make the 42mm variant, it might have been a better i...

Def one to try and see in person one day

. Thanks for sharing

i tried the 42 - it was quite satisfying

& the movement really fills the case. it is not a svelte watch by any means, you can't compare with the swiss watch pedigree...rather it exudes more with the anglo-saxon vibe.

I figure the price increase is due to the 40 mm version coming with a folding buckle.

Also wonder how the folding buckle would compare vs the standard pin buckle as far as wearing comfort is concerned.

you've a point Jack ! [nt]
