I happen to prefer the 38mm case size myself, I like the aesthetic of it over the 42mm. I'm sure there will be others who prefer the 42mm though... Enjoy and it is in great company BTW, that VC Patrimony Traditionnelle is possibly my favourite in the curr... 

and I agree that the VC is a fantastic watch. When I have a nice event to go to, its going to be very difficult to choose between the PSM and the VC.

I have to tell you that I was seduced by this Serpent Calendar. The movement Technotime is perfect here. Fx ...

The first I've seen in 38 - and I also like that. Must be one of the first delivered! I love the blue rotor - and the dimensions of the new movement.

I'm thinking about the same thing as you did - whether to go for the 38mm or for the 42mm. Unfortunately I don't have the option of trying out the watch to find the perfect match that way. Could you comment on what is your wrist size and why you opted to ... 

In my humble opinion has the best overall balance and look for Peter's watches. They seem to wear large for the 38mm size. Great choice!
