As for a hallmark of his style, hmm... well the dials would be a feature. The dials can be done with 3 types of guilloche, much like Sham's lovely blue one, or can be hand-engraved, like in the pic below from Time & Tide
I guess the other feature would be the movement.
The earlier watches like the GG2 and GG3 use a bigger Unitas movement, which can be decorated more ornately to the buyer's preference (pic below courtesy of Worn & Wound), unlike the V38's movement where only the rotor can be decorated as per the agreement with Vaucher. I find the dials and movement can be a bit too ornate for me, but I can imagine how others might find it appealing in a dress watch! Which probably explains why I stuck with the V38 - more versatile, and easily dressed up or down.
