Also share mine here with "gilt" dial and 38mm case so wears well. 18kt rose gold on lizard strap. Female type spring bars on four short gold spigots inside the lugs, so a bit delicate to change a strap without breaking off or bending a spigot. The lugs a...

Yes the back is very thin but the number and case manufacturer's number (inside a hammerhead) still shows. Inside is a similar cover like yours, which fits tightly. I do not like to remove the gold back too much because I fear the very fine edge fit will ... 

Same, I can still read manufacturer case number on the inside of the flimsy caseback, but couldn't really take a photo of it.
