I was (am) familiar with ochs and junior and have always said if I happen to be close by I would visit and perhaps take that advantage of being there in person to complete an order. It never seemed to be that one could really get a true sense for their custom design without seeing the metals, finishes, colour in the real.
I also wanted to add that your construction of the report and your writing made reading a pleasure. I often fall foul of losing interest in long write-ups if the writing style or the presentation of the information is messy. Of course I often lose out on valuable knowledge doing that but so it is!
