The rubber strap is extremely pliable and lightweight and since it’s visually a lot different from the stainless bracelet it gives the illusion of a smaller case. I had this on my left wrist and my chrono on my right wrist so could make a direct compariso... 

I keep hoping Alpine will have some luck. I thought the new investors might bring some spirit and energy but hopefully next season. Very cool watch, great choice for the day. The colors are spot on, and the watch is an idea of how complex these cars are.

I do think that the commitment of the investors and executive management is strong and this is felt and appreciated by the staff- who ultimately make things happen.
