No more than 50 Observatoires

My census has long been stalled by personal sloth and reticence on the part of very many owners, but my sense is that this is about right.
Certainly not anything remotely like 150.

it is a tough call, perhaps with no right answer, but your short answer is correct. And yes, you are right, less than 50 Observatoires total.
