Youโ€™re correct but with only one hour hand the Patek always has to show local time to be functional

I just have to read off the home time once adjusted for travel. Itโ€™s a bit of a nuisance with daylight savings time when certain locations donโ€™t adjust the hour. I recently turned up an hour early for a call with a colleague in Singapore where they donโ€™t ...  

But I was initially thinking about the travel time, not the world time
