Although I love classic two and three handed watches, I do like HYT. Large watches but without the lugs , they become quite wearable.

Hope they will come back at some point

I like three and two hands watches, and in my case i like a GMT hand. But i wil try a regulator if i got one to try on my wrist.

Your Vianney really shines. I look at the crown, typical Vianney style crown. A regulator is not far away from my radar. The brand delivers also three handed watches, but the regulators are the special watches they produce. One is fully anodized blue, and... 

There is only one coming to Malaysia and I am hoping to get lucky but I doubt so.

I had the pleasure of seeing and trying a couple of these fascinating watches. I hope that a solution to the financial difficulties is found. Perhaps we should make an offer for the business ;-))

HYT never had enough customers to survive. The watches are special and unique, and i think innovation not bother people anymore. Money is scarce and the survival mode is on to stay alive. The happy side of it is HYT can be part of a surviver who want to u...

owners that need maintenance?

Very few repeat customers and a lack of a loyal following with that.

For highly complicated or novel watches, it's better for the brand and the owner if the repair and service policy is very pro-client and the cost is judiciously built into the price of the watch.

I own one for nearly one year and did not encounter any issue This one I have ☝️ And this one ☝️ I would have liked to buy... It is a very cool watch that gets a lot of attention ...  

Not just for HYT, but the suppliers too. For most of their suppliers, HYT was probably a smaller customer, but I would guess that at least a few suppliers are not in great shape. This can affect part pricing and availability, which is going to put their c... 

Our fellow Collector Mohannad wrote a post that there are 33 watch companies facing the same problems like HYT . Lets hope most will recover from this 🙏🏻
